Piergiorgio Italiano is a designer based in Milano. He operates at the intersection of spatial design, visual research and technology.

His work has been exhibited at WUHO gallery (Los Angeles), Felleshus (Berlin), Falstadsenteret (Ekne, NO), M4gastatelier (Amsterdam), 019 Ghent (BE), Camp Design Gallery, DOCVA/Viafarini, Subalterno1, Supersalone, Triennale di Milano (Milano), Fahrenheit39 (Ravenna). Among his clients: bulthaup Italia, IFI, Leroy Merlin, Luceplan, Mondadori, Mousse Publishing, Salone del Mobile.Milano, Siemens Home Appliances. He has also designed websites, books, and published some as Barracuda.

Piergiorgio is co-founder of From outer Space, a transdisciplinary practice based in Milano, that he runs together with Anna Paola Buonanno. From outer Space develops spatial interventions, objects and interfaces, within physical and digital environments.

He currently teaches at IED Torino and NABA Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti – Milano.
